How the hell do I start the game?!

I finally got it to download, but now it just gives me this big list of options when I click the server, like "Large predators" and "Month." I clicked every button in the window, and nothing happened. How do I start the game? Also, when I click client, it gives me this:
Runtime Error '339':
Component MSCOMCT3N.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

You might want to install the libraryfiles (My documents -> DLL -> libraryfiles.exe) ... also, sometimes the vbruntimes are not installed (which can cause problems in other programs too). Just google those. :3

It works! But the server's offline. Oh well. At least when it's back on, I'll be able to play it. :3
Also, do I need to separately register for the game?

Yes. You need to register seperately for the game. On your server. Run it. You will see the difference.

I did run the server, and that's what my original problem was. It gives me all these weird options, and I don't know what to do.

What 'weird' options do you mean?

Like, if there's small predators or not, and the season, and the day, and "Warp players to map 1," and "Debugging stuff." Those weird options.

You can stop AI cores by using those buttons

How, though? XD I just told you that when I ran it, it gave me all these options and I don't know what to do...

EDIT: I figured out that you have to run the client and server at the same time. XD Fail. Anyways, then I got the Runtime Error 75 or whatever and followed the instructions on it's topic, and now that's fixed but it won't load. D: It just says, "Loading... Please wait" with a picture of two white wolves, and I've been waiting for fifteen minutes now. D:

That's weird... I did register, but I had to register again for it to work.

Now, I've created my character and started a new game. But I can't seem to do anything but make weird noises from behind a tree. :/ It says "Winter has Fallen" and I can't do anything but make noises from there.

You know what I wonder? Why your window is bigger than mine... It's not supposed to go that far to the right.
Besides; you can click away the text if you can see the "close" label that's below the text... Can you set your screen resolution to something above 1024 x 768?

Concerning the character.. It's in the corner top left. Might need to re-adjust that a little.

There is no close button. Just the text box and what is still shown of the image behind it. And how do I set the screen resolution? I looked in the settings and it said nothing about it. 3:

Move the window up a little AFTER setting your screen resolution.

My screen resolution is already 1920x1018. That's how it's always been, and that's as high as it will go.

And you can't see the whole WO screen? xD My laptop has 1366 x 768 so it is SUPPOSED to be fully visible! O_o

XD Is that what this is about? You can't see the whole screen because I was using HyperCam and only focused on that area.
