I'm sorry if this has been answered before. I have the error 429 thing and I was following the directions to fix it but when I try to run regsver32 it gives me an error message in German about how it can't find a specific DLL file. I think it wants a file called DllregisterServer. Please help.

No. You don't have admin rights, that's what's causing it. You might want to right-click regsrv32.exe, properties, compatibility settings, tick "run as administrator", apply and retry.

You are supposed to drag dx8vb.dll on it, not run the regsrv32.exe on it's own

xD I love the new engine. Do you know how many bugreports I've gotten until now? Zero. Now that may be because just a hand ful people actually downloads it and even fewer of them reply back reporting the bugs, but hey, WO's first version didn't run AT ALL.
