It was this rumour about this children's app that apparently a pedophile made. I think it was just yet another Facebook rumour. Some YouTubers played it for fun because of the rumours I think.

Like 80% of the stuff on Facebook or social websites is fake or made up. XD

Though Talking Angela can ask questions that can make people uncomfortable. Also it may know more personal information. (Like I was watching this YouTuber play it and somehow the app knew what his name was..)
