Flashes of white,red,brown,and light brown shoot threw the tall pines of the north. Snow fly's from my pads as I run with me pack threw the artic winter snow. A human bird is following us. It is winter. We have hunted the reast of the food, and have nothing left. Humans have over run ower land, and now they want us to go away from ower beloved home. A loud bang goes past me ears. I stop and look back, I see belle limping, another loud bang echo's threw the land. She is now liying on the ground. The sent of blood and death fills my nose, as well as the pack's. We have no time to howl the song of death. One by one we die untill there is only me and rumer left. I think of a way to seve her and her unborn pups, and there is only one way. As I run full speed I stop and turn swiftly to a halt. I stand face to face with the human made bird. It come closer slowly, I stand tall. My cheast out, my ears forward, I stand like the alpha I am. I hear the booming sound come closer, and then it happens. Scorching pain runs threw my neck. I fall to the ground with a thump. I open my eyes a little for the last time in my life. Everything turns blerry. But I can make out a white like shape running in the distents. I close my eyes gently and let my head fall to the ground. I had saved her.
